Men leg lovers: part 5

Some pics are gathered for male leg lovers .

Topic is today “As natural as possible” . Which means all muscles have been developped mainly by daily life , excluding specific training or working out exercises. Enjoy chiseled legs when tensed for our pleasure.

Bulging leg muscles are not so attractive if it is the result of heavy working out!

I’m not a big fan of excess muscle mass to the legs. Bulging muscles just are not so attractive! Mindlessly gaining muscle is not the path to an attractive body .

But what’s your target? What do you enjoy to see? Overall muscle definition more ripped, defined,toned?

The problem with gaining muscle just for the sake of gaining muscle quickly creates an unbalanced body.
I definitly don’t like too much muscular people like body builders. It should be lean and toned.

A must is getting bulging muscles only when muscles are solicited.

Two possibilities so far:

- Naturally muscled legs of young men are very often nice to observe ( see video-clip below). When they flex their muscle for any reason (running, walking, climbing, picking up something on the ground, or removing their underwear) muscles start to increase their volume suddenly and we observe how strong and well defined they are. It will disapear quite completly after solicitation. What a view!


They get a ripped , well defined , toned body only when they are in action.

- A slim body with well defined muscles when solicited is another hot case to observe. It is a mixture of vulnerability and enduringness, weekness and sustainability.







Stretching exercises: I much prefer to remove rigidity out of the muscles with stretching exercises. It should improve muscle shape modification ability or increase volume variation rate.










Bulging muscle or excess muscle mass to the legs is not so attractive.

Severe working out does not result in nice muscle development compared to physical activity performed in day to day life.

Intensive working out for gaining muscle can create an unbalanced body.

Instead of hard working out stretching exercises are prefered: they remove rigidity out of the muscles, they will improve muscle shape modification ability or increase volume variation rate.


It should have a positive aesthetic impact on the body.
